Customer Care Team Leader

We are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to oversee the work of our remote team of Customer Care Representatives and implement new strategies to improve and develop the work of the department.

This would be a full time position and the successful candidate will be able to work from home permanently.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative, but also be comfortable working as part of, and managing, a team.

Solid computer skills, high speed internet connection and a laptop/desktop computer are essential. Customer service and management experience would be an advantage.
